Anchanto Integration Updates – August 2021
We are excited to announce three new integrations and one new product improvement for the month of August. Achieve seamless logistics and fulfillment operations with these updates.
1. GD Express
GD Express Sdn. Bhd. is a logistics company headquartered in Malaysia. Established in 1997, with the vision to offer express delivery services to both the domestic and international markets GD Express is one of the most trusted and leading carriers in the region.
This integration will help our customers to stay on top of their logistics operations and efficiently manage deliveries with ease.
Also, GD Express will support local and cross-border deliveries, introduce a Cash-on-Delivery option, and work towards digitizing the e-commerce ecosystem in the region through this partnership!
Gdex Prime will be integrated with both Anchanto OMS (SelluSeller) and Anchanto WMS (Wareo).
Functionalities:
1. Order Status Tracking

Once the order is delivered, the Order delivery status will automatically be updated from GDex to Anchanto OMS
-
The delivery status will auto-update and reflect across sales channels once it is received from GDex to Anchanto OMS
2. Order Creation
-
Once an order is processed on Anchanto OMS, it will automatically be created on GDex
-
For all processed orders, the AWB number/tracking ID will be synced automatically from GDex to respective sales channels
-
This update supports the multi-parcel feature on Anchanto WMS for GDex
3. Shipping Label Generation

For all orders, an A6 sized shipping label can be generated and printed by Gdex through Anchanto OMS

2. J&T Express
J&T Express is a company that positions itself as a leading express delivery service backed by powerful technology. Their tagline, “Express Your Online Business’ resonates with their vision. The company offers shipping services by ensuring that all operations stay customer-oriented and efficient.
This partnership between Anchanto and J&T Express is aimed at helping our customers manage seamless deliveries across the region with J&T.
Also, J&T Express will support local and cross-border delivery services, offer multi-parcel services, and achieve seamless delivery operations in the region with Anchanto.
Functionalities:
1. Order Status Tracking

This partnership between Anchanto and Shippop will offer our customers the chance to ensure smooth and efficient deliveries and logistics solutions. With this integration, Shippop looks forward to ensuring seamless local and Cash-On-Delivery delivery operations, reliable and quick order status reports and aims to support the multi-parcel feature.

4. Ninja Van
Ninja Van is a company that aims to revolutionize logistics through its technology-enabled delivery systems across Southeast Asia (SEA). Their services include offering their users the options of tracking their parcels, receiving real-time updates and gaining access to alternative pickup points, etc. With the company’s passion for harnessing cutting-edge technology solutions and their in-depth knowledge of e-commerce needs across the region, they ensure that logistics is a hassle-free affair for their business partners and consumers.

1. Order Status Tracking

Once the order is delivered, the Order delivery status will automatically be updated from Ninja Van to Anchanto OMS

The delivery status will auto-update and reflect across sales channels once it is received from Ninja Van to Anchanto OMS
2. Order Creation

All orders created from the Anchanto platform to Ninja Van will now be pushed with the ANCHANTO prefix before the order number. This was requested by the Ninja van team to identify ISV partners.

For all processed orders, the AWB number/tracking ID will be synced automatically from Ninja Van to respective sales channels
3. Shipping Label Generation

For all orders, an A4 sized shipping label can be generated and printed by Ninja Van through Anchanto OMS

Marketplace order number will now appear on the Ninja Van shipping label under instructions
