Role: Senior Project Manager
A Senior Project Manager at Anchanto plays a crucial role in ensuring successful project and product deliveries for our global customers. The role involves managing projects from kick-off to go-live, adhering to PMO processes and best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience as a Project Manager, with at least 5 years in the Supply Chain domain within large global enterprises.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, with mandatory experience in Logistics/Supply Chain.
- Experience in developing, delivering, and supporting end-to-end engagements in the Supply Chain domain.
- Expertise in the implementation and sustenance of Project Management Best Practices.
- Strong data-driven approach to solutioning.
- Excellent written, verbal, and negotiation skills.
- Outstanding stakeholder management abilities.
- Demonstrated success in managing simultaneous, end-to-end project deliveries.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple client relationships and ensure clear communication to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Actively engage with customers to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
- Independently lead meetings and manage both internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and manage project plans, track and report project deliverables, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
- Effectively manage project scope to ensure adherence to schedule, cost, and quality.
- Oversee the project lifecycle, ensuring all deliverables meet agreed objectives.
- Provide weekly status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as the single point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
